Also‚ a flat database is long and tedious because say if you were a school and you were enrolling students‚ you have to write each person’s name‚ date of birth‚ gender‚ and much more information. If two or more people have the same name then this is classed as a duplicate and can get very confusing. If you are enrolling 300 new students then a flat file is not the best option and you should use a relational database
