Sweet Dreams Studying my sleep habits this week has been a an eye opener. I learned so much about my body in the last seven days. I learned that I responded better to waking up to an alarm‚ then someone coming in my room to wake me up. On an average‚ I got about seven hours of sleep a day. I was able to sleep more on days I did not have to workout for football. A trend I noticed is that I felt better in the morning‚ if I went to bed before 11:00 pm.
