How do limiting factors affect the rate of photosynthesis? Rate is the measurement of an amount of product or time. In the case of the rate of photosynthesis‚ it is measuring the gain of mass or growth over time. If the plant is an aquatic one that grows in water the rate of photosynthesis can be measured by counting oxygen bubbles or the volume of gas produced in a measured time period. A limiting factor is something that is present in the environment that has a short supply and because of that

for office as governors or representatives. My family has not really been affected very much by the war but still has been affected. The war has been bad for me because I was fighting in the war and my family lost a lot of money because of lower pay rates for women. This are things that have happened during war and items that are going to be talked about. While all this stuff has happened I was one of the first to get drafted into the war and many of my friends died and when I say many I mean a ton

My results and the graph indicate that as you add the caffeine to the daphnia‚ the eart rate of the daphnia increases for example the daphnia’s heartbeat is 120 without caffeine‚ however when caffeine is added it is increased to 168. My graph shows a positive correlation and the error bars are also very small which shows that the results have a small range which suggests that my results are accurate and reliable. I think that the experiment was conducted well however there may be some ethical issues

that no milk was added to the coffee within this experiment. If milk was added into the experiment‚ the rate of cooling would be noticeably faster than it is without adding the milk. This would result in larger k values. Also‚ the amount of water that was measured into the beaker may not be accurate due to the fact that human error can come into play. The effect of this would be that the rate of cooling of the coffee may actually be slightly higher or lower depending on whether less or more water

In this experiment‚ the class examined how the rate of photosynthesis was affected by different light colors at different distances in shoots of a Cabomba plant. The plants were placed in two different beakers‚ one with recently boiled and cooled distilled water and the other with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution. The three different color photoflood lamps used for this experiment were white‚ red‚ and green at four distances of thirty‚ sixty‚ ninety‚ and one hundred-twenty centimeters away

men from our time. Bill Gates‚ while adding immensely to the pleasures and ease of man’s life‚ did so only by forcefully destroying many fledgling companies and completely undermining our capitalistic market place. Very very few men in our time are leaders in more than one discipline. There are no scientists/artists or writer/mathamaticians. Men‚ while being able to more deeply delve into a discipline‚ are now restricted to it. I attribute this to technology. We now have a life outside of our work.

So that the dispersal of yeast in the fermentation tube does not affect the results (by some of the yeast not being able to interact with the sugar solution) the yeast will be dispersed as evenly as possible in the tube using a glass stirring rod. Finally‚ the air bubbles in the fermentation tube will be kept to a minimum or none at all by making sure to tip the fermentation glass so that the bubbles can escape and this does not affect the recording of CO2 produced. In taking all of these measures

Hey‚ you! Yes‚ you. Does your family own an automobile? Most likely they do. With approximately 95% of the US population owning cars and other motor vehicles‚ they have certainly made an impact on our daily life. It wasn’t always this way‚ though. Humans have tried for decades to create a self-moving vehicle‚ but it was Karl Benz who finally succeeded in 1885‚ and they’ve come a long way since.Owning an automobile can have many risks‚ however‚ the benefits certainly outweigh those in terms of convenience
