I find that this article is one of the most shocking articles I have ever read. American Dream by Robert Tighe is about NBL superstar Tom Abercrombie and how he was unable to join the NBA due to an injury. I was shocked to discover what had happen to Abercrombie when he was trying to break into the NBA. Tighe writes‚ “Abercrombie was hammered from behind on his way to the basket. He landed awkwardly and rolled his ankle.” I feel very sorry for Tom‚ who was having an amazing season before his injury

For as long as I remember‚ I have been raised with a basketball hoop.
