The KML format is an open standard for 3D multimedia and distribution of virtual world in Internet. This technology is based on wellknown technology “From Paper to Virtual Map”‚ proposed as cheap and fast way for creation of 3D city map. This proposed paper explains about GOOGLE EARTH which has developed 3D maps for PC and Mobile users.
