    The reasons why I believe that the law should treat social hosts differently than commercial hosts are for various reasons. My main argument is I believe that the duty of care should be imposed on commercial hosts because unlike social hosts they are making a profit due to the fact that they are a licenced establishment. This means that the government and the rest of society have entrusted them to serve alcohol to members of society and also to also take care of the people who drink at their establishments
