Abstract Enzyme catalysis was observed in order to analyze how changes in temperature‚ pH‚ enzyme concentration‚ and substrate concentration affected an enzyme-catalyzed reaction. This experiment analyzed the rate of enzyme-catalyzed reactions and observed the correlation between catalase activity and products formed.
