Independence Day Activities June 12‚ 2014 was not a rest day for me. A week before it came‚ I already have plans for the day. I had a friend in high school who was a victim of a series of very unfortunate events. While he was in second year (or grade 9 in Lasalle) his mother took ill and he needed to stop going to school because they had to allocate all their money in her medication in Manila.
