Depression is a everyday occurring thing people can be depressed and you wouldn’t even notice. Because people try so hard to hide it‚ depression cant be diagnosed by just looking at someone. depression has many forms and if left untreated can be fatal. Because depression itself if left untreated can be very stressful on the body. There isnt many treatments for depression besides therapy and medications.
