Introduction Globalisation is a broad theme so I have decided to focus on globalisation in relation to China due to my teaching experiences I have made with a sample group of 10 Chinese Intellectual Property (IP) Law students in Munich. The results of my findings regarding China’s influence on the globalisation process in the 21st century will be discussed later in this essay.
