    The artist I choose to write about it is Peter Max. the piece I will be describing is called “God Bless America II.” In the painting we can see the statue of liberty and a close up of her face‚ we are also given an American flag drawing along with the statue. Max seems to have used the color red a lot in his painting along with the colors blue and white. When I first see this‚ I automatically think about the USA and how the painting expresses a patriotic feeling. I believe that’s what drew my attention
