Glasgow coma scale is a neurological scale which is used in assessing the level of consciousness of a person the initial score of a person is taken and recorded and this is compared with the subsequent score of the person. This is done to note if the patient is improving or deteriorating. The scoring is made based on certain criteria and a score of 3-15 is made.
