MY FAVOURITE LIBRARY There are many libraries which I use regularly in London‚ some to borrow books from‚ some as quiet places to work in‚ but the Westminster Central Reference Library is unique‚ in a small street just off Leicester Square‚ it is run by the London borough of Westminster. You don’t need a ticket to get in‚ and it is available to foreign visitors just the same as to local residents. You simply walk in‚ and there‚ on three floors‚ you can consult about 138‚000 reference books

number 33‚ Paul Clifford by Edward Bulwer-Lytton The Jefferson Code It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents‚ except at occasional intervals‚ when it was checked by a violent gust of wind which swept up the streets (for it is in London that our scene lies)‚ rattling along the house-tops‚ and fiercely agitating the scanty flame of the lamps that struggled against the darkness. If you were to peep through the grand windows of 22 Bristling Road‚ you would find the common sight of an

project‚ I sat down to ponder what sort of topics interest me‚ as far as having the potential to provide an avenue for research. For some reason‚ which I can not explain‚ my thoughts roamed to a trip I took in 2012 to London‚ England. In England‚ I visited a place called the London Dungeons. It is really nothing more than a tourist trap‚ to be honest. However‚ the dungeons did offer an exhibit on methods used in England to obtain confessions from accused witches. At the time‚ I found it disturbing

history essay "the dangers of the blitz spirit" is written by Richard Overy for the magazine bbc history. The article’s main focus is the londoners and their high death toll during what is known as the blitz‚ which was the aerial raids carried out on London during World War 2 by the German Air Force. The blitz began September 1940 and lasted until May 1941‚ during this time 41‚480 people were killed. Biotechnology in London The phrase “location‚ location‚ location” is often used from the real-estate side of business. This phrase is also essential for an organization to determine where they are going to set up their operations in order to have success. When doing business in another country there are several factors that CEO’s must take into account. Predominantly culture is the major concern because there are some variables that cannot be measured; how will the locals react to us being
