Sara stroked the baby across the forehead tenderly‚ cooeing a soft lullaby to the small child. "She first fell asleep near the city square‚" Natalia whispered to her two compatriots. "What about you? Do you have her twin brother?" "Yes‚" Ikana replied‚ copying Natalia‚ and revealing a newborn infant in his arms as well

that before. Another example of passion in music in the movie was during Mitch and Morrie’s last session. Morrie describes his perfect day to Mitch‚ and when he begins talking about his friends‚ the music starts and quickly builds into an intense lullaby. The music shows passion because of when it starts‚ he is talking about how much his friends mean to him. Not only does the music in Tuesdays with Morrie show passion‚ but so does the setting. Morrie and Mitch spend the majority of their Tuesdays

‘The Waking’ is a contemporary jazz piece written by American vocalist‚ Kurt Elling‚ and features Theodore Roethke’s 1954 poem of the same title. Released in 2007 on the album Nightmoves‚ Elling uses musical techniques to enhance the message of Roethke’s poem. Lots of great music was released this summer. Six albums in particular stood out. Phoenix’s Ti Amo released on June 8th and is a bright and fun album. It captures the sound of a pleasant and warm Italian summer‚ with hummable electronics and synths. Phoenix is known for their blend of synthpop‚ alternative rock‚ and disco‚ and on Ti Amo they showcase that blend in spades. Two of the best tracks are “Lovelife” and “Goodbye Soleil”. The Best of Big Star is a compilation released on June 16.
