My problem that I have is working for an unfair boss. He tends to treat everyone different‚ when it’s time for a raise it’s not based on that persons work or good job ethics it’s base it on whether he likes them or not. When I’m at work I see many people getting their way with certain things‚ but if it was me or someone else it would be a whole different story towards us.
