    I had a difficult time with all of these stories‚ especially the first two. I’m not sure if it completely had to do with the dialect‚ as it reminded me of one of my favorite books‚ A Girl is a Half-Formed Thing‚ which is written in fragments of heavy Irish dialect. I found nothing particularly intriguing. The stories seemed to begin out of nowhere and then end without any resolution or concrete statement.
