I would say that this ad uses some rhetorical appeals effectively‚ but lacks some as well. For example‚ it uses very strong pathos. Having the child looking into an empty fridge that looks very run down and not well kept. There is not a single food item in it. Also‚ the setting of the picture looks like it is not a well-kept area.
