For the past three years I have worked as a coach for the youth basketball organization‚ the Next Year’s Stars. We are composed of twelve basketball teams‚ spread out amongst four coaches‚ with myself being the youngest and second most tenured coach. There are practices running at least once a day‚ with games scheduled all Saturdays and Sundays. I only run practices twice a week and coach two to three games per weekend.
