    My current eating habits are not very good. I eat fast food at least one time everyday whether it is breakfast‚ lunch or dinner with exception of Sunday. On Sunday I fix a home cooked meal. I have a sweet tooth so I tend to eat a lot of sweets from cookies to candy and everything in between I tend to over do it. My favorite meal is fried chicken wings‚ loaded mash potatoes‚ macaroni and cheese‚ cut green beans‚ jiffy cornbread muffins and for dessert triple chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla
