The article I chose was Classroom Strategies for Elementary Teachers. This article was focused on some things that haven’t really crossed my mind yet. When I think of classroom management I always thought about rules or how I would make my students behave in the classroom. When I scanned over the first few sentences I knew I needed to read it. Washington Elementary School is located in West Orange‚ New Jersey in a neighborhood where mostly African American and Hispanic businesses and people were surrounding the area.
