LifeSkills Training DESCRIBE LifeSkills Training (LST) is a classroom based education and prevention program for middle and high school students about drugs‚ tobacco‚ alcohol‚ and violence. LST informs students of the consequences for engaging in previously mentioned activities‚ popularizes an anti-drug stance‚ and teaches students how to deal with peer pressure.
