Susan B. Anthony was a women’s rights activist and an agent for the American Anti-Slavery Society. She fought for the rights of women and basically anyone else that wasn’t treated equally. She was born to a Quaker family that was neither prejudice nor biased towards anyone. Her family moved to a farm in the 1840’s and they fought to end slavery as part of the abolitionist movement.
