It tried to cross the street‚ but it failed. The head of a dog was crushed by a wheel. After the car passed‚ the head of the dog became a bloody meat pie. I did not see the owner of the dog come to view. This a homeless dog. Similar things often happen because there are a lot of homeless animals in Los Angeles.
