Social Work shadowing Shadowing day at Rees House Intake Team 09/06/11 The intake team consist of approximately 25 Social Workers‚ (not enough SW) and 2 Team Managers (not enough TM). Duty is everyday and each SW will be on duty for 2 days and team meeting once weekly. Referrals that come in can amount to up to around 30 daily. Each SW can hold about 16 cases sometimes have about 60 children on their case load. Referrals are not always Child Protection issues
