    mentioned are both appetizer salads?  Even if they aren’t‚ the salads do lack in variety deparment and would probably leave me unsatisfied etiher way (definitely for dinner‚ probably for lunch too)  As for the Cobb Salad‚ I am surprised at the nutrition content of the dish!  While I love Cobb salads‚ this information will defintiely make me think twice about ordering it next time I’m out at a restaurant.  I think about how I could cook something nutritious at home that I could eat in a bigger portion
