Introduction Lacy Elementary school is a public school‚ serving over its capacity that is 500. 650 students are getting the education in the 60-year old building that is located in an urban district. The school is receiving federal aid for the lunch and breakfast programs. Thirty-percent of the student population use buses to come to the school every day. For the past few weeks I have been volunteering for Mrs. Seutter’s first grade class at Pine Meadow Elementary. There are twenty-two students in her class‚ and their ages range from six to seven.
