High schools have no right tell students if they can drive to school or not‚ I feel as a high school student if I have a license and a car then I should be allowed to drive to and from school without being forced to take the bus. For me school buses can be very crammed in with a bunch of kids in the morning and where I live kids can be pushing and shoving kids all over the place‚ after a while that becomes very irritating and pisses me off it’s like being in a caged with a bunch of wild animals.

One of the arguments that has caught my attention is whether or not there should be prayer in school. According to Rebecca Klein‚ with (HuffPost Education)‚ in the year of 2014 around 61% of Americans agree with daily prayer in school. While on the other hand‚ 37% of Americans do not agree with having prayer in school. To me‚ the schools in the United States should be allowed to have prayer in school because; morals should be taught‚ to restore Christianity‚ and to give the students the opportunity

High school juniors and seniors come to school the fact days a week‚ 7 hours a day. They are overworked‚ tired and hungry by the time 12 pm comes around. That is why juniors and seniors should have the option of leaving school during lunch‚ although others think they should remain at

In many schools prayer is not allowed anymore. I personally disagree with this. I understand that some students and teachers do not believe in the power of prayer‚ but on the other hand there are those who do. Why is prayer being took out of schools because of those who do not agree with it? What about those who do? Prayer should be allowed in schools and for those who don’t agree with it can simply ignore it. We the people have the right to pray. Praying is something we as Christians

Against School Prayer The Freedom From Religion Foundation’s article explains that religion should not be acceptable in public schools for the simple fact that religion is not universal. In the second paragraph of the article‚ the author states‚ “Our public schools are for all children‚ whether Catholic‚ Baptist‚ Quaker‚ atheist‚ Buddhist‚ Jewish‚ agnostic.” FFrF interjects that silent‚ personal prayer should never be outlawed in public schools‚ but should be the only acceptable form of prayer (page

In 1962 the Supreme Court decided that public schools did not have the power to authorize school prayer. This decision made public school in the U.S. more atheistic than many European nations. For example‚ crosses still hang on the classroom walls in Poland‚ and the Ten Commandments are displayed in Hungary. There are prayers held at the beginning of legislative and judicial sessions and every President has mentioned a divine power in his inaugural speech. In keeping with a spirit of religious freedom

considered in the West Fargo Public School District. I support schools in our district being searched by police dogs and agree that it would benefit our students and staff. If police dog searches are implemented it would create a sense of security in the schools and keep students accountable for their actions. Police dog searches are beneficial to student’s and faculty’s safety on school property. This sense of security is very important in an environment‚ like a school‚ where that feeling is highly
