IN 1903 MACARTHUR GRADUATED AT THE TOP OF HIS CLASS FROM THE U.S MILITARY ACADEMY AT WEST POINT. IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR DOUGLAS MACARTHUR HAD HELPED HIS FATHER DURING THE WORLD WAR 1.
