The reasons for them are necessary to keep us safe as we travel to and from. However‚ there is one rule that makes no sense‚ NO CELL PHONES. In the building this is a more reasonable rule. They do not want us to have our cell phones because of cheating and the fact that we might not pay attention. The prohibition of them in the building is the best way‚ seen by teachers
