On 04/25/17‚ at 10:35am‚ I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 1393 Hildreth Ave‚ on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) Officers. The CPD Officer stated that my victim (Da’Michael Johnson) was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital the CPD Officer stated that the dog was currently in the backyard of 1405 Hildreth Ave unsecure. I knocked on the door of 1405 Hildreth Ave and received no answer.
