In a positive light, physical health can have a great impact on personal wellbeing, as if you are in good health your mind won’t be consumed by health issues. Good eating, diet etc creates a healthy body and in return a healthy mind, this will also reflect onto coworkers, or people around you in general as they will imitate your positive attitude. However, on the flip side of things, a bad physical state can reflect on your mental health. Stress- it’s a feeling of being overwhelmed with negative thoughts, it can be stress of your own life and choices or upcoming events, or it can be stress inflicted by someone else and their actions. Anxiety- anxiety can be felt and projected in multiple different ways, sometimes it feels like there isn’t any rhyme or reason to anxiety. But it is the feeling of fear that something may not go how you planned or hoped. Anxiety and stress tend to go hand in hand. You may feel these emotions in hard times, or when you’re overtired or overworked.
5.2 Describe indicators of stress and anxiety. I may find that in these times, I lose a lot of sense towards my own care. Which can cause me to under eat, under sleep, possible fallouts with those around me as I may become overstimulated and push people away as I tend to isolate myself and become very reserved. Even things as small as I may stop taking care of how I present myself, for example, not doing my hair or makeup or trying on my outfits. A lot of the time I will let my social life slip too and stop seeing friends or communicating with others when I’m at work.
