Certain foods and drink could worsen an individual’s health, such as drinking alcohol with certain medication such as antibiotics. It is important to offer advice and information to the individual when they make their choice with food they eat. Explain and give advice on a balanced diet and to be healthy, as eating too many fatty goods could cause gain of weight and possible health problems.
