I will now be justifying why the responses I chose would be the most satisfactory and effective for each incident and emergency. The first emergency I will be talking about is ‘fire’, the responses I listed for this emergency included, doing a risk assessment to figure out how the fire may have begun and what steps should be put in place in order to ensure or minimise the risk of it happening again. I believe this is the best response for this emergency because it allows the higher authorities to look into the situation and try and fix and access the problem from the very root. Also with this response the hospital get additional help from the fire brigade service who would further assess the cause of the fire to offer their services and solutions to the problem. The second emergency I will be talking about is the possibility of ‘exposure to infections’, the responses I listed for this emergency include the following; doing a follow up report of the incident and trying to reduce the likelihood of the problem arising again. This would be done in ways such as putting up informative poster around the hospital to help service users, staff, visitors and any other persons inside the building on how to keep the risk of exposing themselves to infections to a minimum. I think this would be the best response to this emergency because it allows the message to be spread to as many people as possible that are…
