Work as a member of the team, making sure the environment is safe for us all, and everyone else around. Meet the needs of the individual, assisting with personal care when required, assisting with medication, keeping training up to date, regular supervisions, ask for additional support when needed, treat all the service users with dignity and respect, and promote personal cantered approches, adhere to polices and procedures, meeting the needs of the service users, cooking, cleaning.

It covers making sure we can answer for our actions or omissions, promote the dignity, privacy, rights, health and wellbeing of the people who use our service and us as carers at all times, work together the other workers to maintain high quality safe healthcare and support, communicate in a effective way that promotes health, safety wellbeing of the service users and us, data protection and confidentiality, improve the quality of care and support through personal development, uphold and promote equality, diversity and inclusion.
