5 Paragraph Rhetoric Model

To every great paper written there is a great writer behind it. It is crucial that when writing any type of entry, it follows a certain criteria in order for there to be organization and clarity. Over the course of being in school for the majority of my life and having an English class basically every year; it’s became more clear to me how a paper should properly be written which is simply following the “5- Paragraph Rhetoric Model.” With this tool, my english/writing classes have been quite easy as this model allows me to organize my ideas, offer clear understanding to my audience and helps to minimize the time spent on trying to write a paper(as I know what goes where.) To begin with, organizing ones ideas when writing any type of paper makes the process a lot more smoother. As mentioned by Pyle, “The 5-paragraph rhetorical strategy is composed of 5 key components: The introduction, Body Paragraph one, two and three and Conclusion.” In those exact steps, we see a cascading relevance to each topic before the other which should therefore tie together the whole paper. Because of this, it’s simple to write a paper that can be organized in such a way that one just has to plug in the equation in order for it to work out. Overall it’s not difficult figuring where everything goes.
The audience is what matters when writing because they are the ones who will critique you in such a way- it may continue to spark growth or perhaps even end it. For example, by following this model- my audience will know what to expect from the essay once reading it, such as what the intro should entail like Who? What? Where? When? Why? And how? (Pyle). Once the audience knows what look for, the rest for them should be easy as the model follows a certain order. Because of this, the audience should nonetheless gain a clear understanding in the end as to how you properly pieced the paper
