In the section compensation it talks about a famed psychologist, by the name of Carl Jung.He believed that even our most fanciful dreams are methods of compensation for events that occur in our lives. Also it’s saying that if someone successful dreams it’s a chance that their dream will be about being unsuccessfull. Coping Mechanism is relating dreams to emotions. Also it is saying that dreams reflect your inner feelings. Then it is saying that dreams are directed by particular emotions like stress and worry. In this section it talks about dreams are the brains way of rebooting the system. Also it says that dreams incorporate recent events and occurences we’ve experienced. Also when you dream it could be your brain processing and organizing the conscious and unconscious stimuli it receives through the day. Resolution talks about how dreams can help us tackle everyday problems in life. Also it says you should not lose sleep over problems. Also dreams help organize and consolidate memories. Dreams always involve you. Also dreams reflect one of your deep desires or concerns.
Next dreams are the direct result of repressed emotions. They might represent unconscious thoughts, wishes, or wishes
