6. Most two year olds have not learned the appropriate way of expressing anger. They are still in the stage of throwing temper tantrums, screaming, crying, stamping, kicking, and even yelling.
7. Transitions can take some time to adapt to. During the transition period children will often spend a lot time waiting. To prevent children from being stressed and frustrated between transition activities they work on their skills such as cleaning up toys and lining them up to reduce transition time. This may lead to more time for children to become engaged in learning activities. As children become independent and are taught what they should be doing we are less likely to see problem behaviors.
