One of the basic tenants of the United States Constitution is freedom of expression. If a woman wants to wear a short skirt or go bra-less she had the God-given and Constitutional right to do without harassment or fear of bodily harm. If a man is unable to restrain from committing rape because he sees a woman in some item of provocative clothing then he needs to blindfold himself anytime he is in public! A woman doesn't wear a skirt that is short to impress a boy or to highlight her vanity. It's not fair, the freedom of wearing what you want is such an empowering thing and it shows a way of expressing yourself, so why is this being demolished. Rape is usually compared to being “forced” as the women are forced. So I'm not sure if women putting a short skirt or a low-cut top that exploits their breasts is forced. It isn't that hard to put clothes on, well unless they have zips and laces attached
