In the music video, the first scene takes place in a graveyard with Taylor as a Zombie crawling out of a grave marked, "Here lies Taylor Swift's Reputation." This means that Taylor is telling us that she is burying her old life and getting rid of all of the hate people have against her. Zombie Taylor then buries the old Taylor.
