Commentary
When I began to read this book I wasn’t very interested as it seemed childish. But later when I got into the depth of this book and tried to understand it I liked it. This book seemed like it would only be about a shirt but actually it was about love, forgiveness, the scare of losing someone. We see how Carrie is losing all these people which make her get even stronger feeling that her shirt is lucky.
Then when she goes to India we see how willingly she is looking for her shirt. After she finds her shirt we learn that someone’s willingness can get them all they want. She meets someone who becomes part of her life by just helping her with the problem. We also learn about faith in one and other which Carrie has on the boy. I would like everyone to read this book as it focuses on many different prospects of life.
