A Summary Of Sandoval's Case
On Thursday, March 17th, I watched the late night local news by News4 San Antonio at ten o’clock. The news began with lead anchor Delaine Mathieu discussing a crime related story and scandal. Bexar county jail employee, Louis Sandoval, was accused of tipping off a murder suspect. There were parts of an interview with Sandoval’s lawyer explaining the employee’s side of the story. The claim is that the employee accidently may have notified the suspect that they had a warrant for him while talking to someone else about it.
The next story involved a twenty-five-year-old man being shot on the east side while trying to change his battery. This story was followed by a shooting on the eastside that happened the day before. In the same area, there

They were able to locate possible family members in New York by Ancestry. Another story was about a man taking off his pants in the middle of a Costco near Seattle because his phone caught on fire in his pocket. The next stories were trump related. Where he was flying off too, veteran affairs, and travel bans. In a super serious tone, the anchor mentions a secret service hiccup that potentially compromised the safety of trump towers. A female employee’s laptop was stolen and had floor plans and evacuation protocols. The laptop was encrypted but unfortunately for them, they cannot delete info from far away. Fortunately, there is no classified information. The secret service also has other issues like two agents under internal investigation taking a picture of trumps sleeping grandson during a car ride. Also, a twenty-six-year-old was able to wander around the white house for fifteen minutes with a can of mace until caught on the inside of the white house, being able to sneak past multiple security posts and levels. The breach now has white house security being …show more content…
You have to take time out of your day to watch it. And not everything the News anchors talk about interest me, like sports. If you want to hear one story, you have to hear them all. And the weather isn’t as specific as I’d like for it to be. With the internet, you get to choose the stories you want to read and there’s more detail. You can also check the weather online and get an hourly breakdown. If it’s going to rain that day, you can check the estimate when and how long. You can figure out if you’ll need to wear layers that day or the hours to be outside if you want to avoid the rain. The internets also portable, it can be accessed from a smartphone. Also, you don’t have to tune in at a specific time, it’s just whenever you decide or the time that is convenient to

In Fasano’s case, Officer Byrd and Officer Troy both work at the local police department and were investigating the hackings on campus. On the day in question, the officers arrested Fasano while wearing civilian attire. The officers still identified themselves as officers working on the case, displayed their police identification, and explained the search warrant they had for the residence. As a result of following up with a credible tip into the investigation and having a warrant for the premises already, the probable cause needed from Henes is established. Therefore, the officers were working in their official capacity when Fasano stalled them during their investigation.…

Every case starts with an alleged crime. In the Sandoval case, the crime was murder. Sandoval was soon put into the system after he was arrested. After the arrest, Sandoval would have been book and then gone to his first appearance hearing where he is informed that he was getting charged with first-degree murder. Next would be the preliminary hearing where the defense would have received an arraignment, formally charging the suspect of the crime and asking what his plea is. Within five seconds I felt a sharp pain in the back of my body and then I felt no more. I could hear the voice of a women calling for help, but I knew it was too late. I was going to die.…
