Aa Face to Face Communication
INTRODUCTION
Communication can be defined as the exchange of ideas ,information and feelings ,both verbally and non verbally in order to achieve a goal , where as organization communication is formal communication that takes place with in a workplace for the purpose of informing ,enquiring or motivating .
We are making this project on AA insurance which is nz basesd company as they are using face to face communication in their organisation . Before moving further here’s a little background on AA Insurance.
1994 AA Insurance was set up as a joint venture between GIO Australia and the New Zealand Automobile Association.
AA insurance is committed to supporting their people with ongoing learning and development. they have an exceptional staff rotation programme that gives the staff t opportunity to truly broaden their experience within the company. their development programme includes:
• On the job training
• One-on-one coaching and feedback
• Training sessions run by them in-house training specialists
• Offering work experience in other teams
• Offering role rotations, promotions or tranfers within our company

ADVANTAGES OF FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION:
A global survey shows that 67 percent of senior executives and managers say their organisation would be more productive if their superiors communicated more often by face to face communication. It is the foundation of communications, once this foundation is established, it enables all of the other forms of communication. Having a personal connection builds trust and minimizes misinterpretation and misunderstanding.

• First of all, when people communicate each other in person, they can get responses immediately without misunderstanding. During conversation, people can not only hear responses from others, also see how they are feeling; people can guess what will take place next, how conversation is on, which is very important to have a successful talk.
