Here, I m going to described Hazard identification process for ABC chemicals.
There are some legislation apply in any kind of organisation. Here we are going to describe legislation which are we need to follow in ABC Chemical company. OHS act 2004 Agriculture and vet chemical act 1992 - Dangerous goods Act 1985 - Health act 1958 - Environment protection Act 1970.
So, these are rules and legislation applies in ABC Chemicals Company.
Now I am going to talk about kind of hazards in an organisation. These are mentioned below:-
Child care centre are close to an organisation - nursing home nearby company - Training are not provided to staff about how to handle chemicals - Empty drums are stored in backyard
