During this time the team members rate how they are doing on their core values. This shows that if they are following their core values then their position will also thrive. Every task that is done throughout the day can be done with the core values in mind. When reviews are based on characteristics instead of specific job responsibilities the team members feel like they are seen as a person and not a job.
