Abortion is one of the most disputed topics that societies have faced and continue to face. Abortion should be legal for multiple reasons in the U.S.A. Abortion Is the practice of ending a pregnancy by removing a fetus before it can survive outside the uterus. Some societies have accepted and some have not. The beliefs and views of these societies are usually into two groups, pro-choice and pro-life. Pro-choice supports the legalization of abortion without the control of government or religion. Pro-life argues that fetus are still babies, thus, abortion should be illegal. However, despite the fact that each side has good points to debate, the debate of legalized abortion has an impact on women’s fundamental right, the well being of a child. These elements clearly argue that abortion should stay legal.
