Abraham Lincoln As A Servant Leader
People select different ways to serve the mankind. Abraham Lincoln chose to be the president of the United States of America as it was one of the best ways to serve the Americans. He aimed at empowering the people. Therefore, he desired to free the slaves and gave them what they needed. He possessed all the qualities of a servant leader like empathy, kindness, awareness of the needs of his fellow beings, etc. He put other's needs first and lifted up the quality of their life (The Pennsylvania State University, 2013).
