A database management system (DBMS) is a software package with computer programs that control the creation, maintenance, and use of a database. It allows organizations to conveniently develop databases for various applications by database administrators (DBAs) and other specialists. It is an integrated collection of data records, files, and other objects of the company’s system. A DBMS allows different user application programs to concurrently access the same database. It may use a variety of models, to conveniently describe and support applications. It typically supports query languages, which are in fact high-level programming languages, dedicated database languages that considerably simplify writing database application programs. It provides facilities for controlling data access, enforcing data integrity, managing concurrency control, and recovering the database after failures and restoring it from backup files, as well as maintaining database security.
The researchers have found out that the San Fernando Meat shop and Mini Grocery depends only on the BISMAC Company for their database system. They don’t have an IT Expert that could maintain their system running efficiently. Any problems and changes in the database are referred and forwarded to the BISMAC Company. They couldn’t do it on their own.
If a business or a company doesn’t have any IT Specialist with them, they would have difficulty whenever their system fails down. They still have to contact the person or the company that has made their DBMS. The business transactions will then be affected. Manual transactions too may slow down the processes.
Therefore, there is really a need for IT Experts for every business or company. There should be at least one expert to keep
