Infectious disease are way more frequent and serious in children that suffer from malnutrition and little to no access to drinking water. There is very much a focus on getting the job done. Therefore health is given a very low priority, which often translates into the view that medical services and hospitals are really the last resort (“Rural Health Around the World: Challenges and Solutions”). So by either setting up free clinics or just have traveling doctors, providing doctors to these countries will greatly impact the number of deaths in developing countries because they can inform people how to identify diseases and provide simple treatments for easily avoidable
