Accountability Essay Flight Eazy
Accountability in the military has to be one of the most important things to keep track of in the military. Always knowing where your Marines, tools, equipment, etc. are vital to mission completion. An example of why accountability is important can be shown with the Marines that work on aircrafts. From my knowledge they have to take accountability of their tools at least five times just to complete one job on the aircraft. Once before taking the tools to the aircraft, again when they get to the bird, during the job, when the job is complete and lastly once more when the box is ready to be put away. If you were the one sent to maybe get re-supply, or had been the one carrying Intel to give you and your team the advantage against the enemy makes your job on being where you’re supposed to be even more important. One more example can simply be shown with being accountable for your gear and equipment. Being accountable for your gear and equipment plays a big part on readiness and to also make sure the enemy isn’t acquiring any of it. Even if you’re not in a combat zone accountability of these things are essential. For
