I believe this point conveys the meaning of this paper quiet well. It demonstrates the issues that lacking a single component can have on the group as a whole. The three main points I am going to hit on in this paper are decreased individual readiness, overall unit readiness, and the individuals who benefit from my inability to maintain my equipment.
When I say individual readiness I am talking about my efficiency as one to be able to do my required task weather in training or in a combat situation in this particular instant I lost accountability for my MITCH without it I am unable to perform basic task that are required by me.
